alextrugmanAlex Trugman - This guy did a pretty good rendention of “Baby Come to Me” by James Ingram with a vocal assist by Randy Jackson (this has never happened before).  Alex is a wreck when you first look at him, nerous, jumpy and probabally wouldn’t turn a single young girls head as he looks right now.  This kid could really be a sleeper though!

Get this too, the kid taught himself to sing by practicing in a closet!  Of course Simon had to be a dick and make comments about “coming out of the closet”, what a jerk.

This nervous twitching kid with weird hair may not seem like a real player but get him some confidence, dress him right and fix that hair and he just might be a pop star in the making.  Simon said no to this one but he was put through with full agreement by Randy and the Girls.  Good call in my opinion.  It will be fun to see if this kid can develop as the show moves on.

Mark my words folks, this kid is an “extremem makeover” just waiting to happen.  That always makes for good entertainment, look for him to go further then his voice alone could take him.

Favourite TV Program: American Idol 2009 Auditions Review - American Idol closet boy. His name is Alex Wagner-Trugman. Alex usually practices his singing ability in the closet. I think his voice is unique and has nice tone. Simon Cowell didn’t like him, but he went through to Hollywood.

American Idol: Arizona Auditions - Alex Wagner-Trugman: Randy Jackson says he’s unique like Joe Cocker, even though Simon was not on board. He may fall into the Clay Aiken/Taylor Hicks category of singers who are underestimated both by their looks and their unique
