I have seen the best and the worst so far….I think Jessica Furney can go far. I really want to see how far Michael Castro goes…who knew he could sing??? Not even his bro Jason!!!

The first 2 nights of American Idol have been fantastic! I think this is going to be a very exciting year. The talent is unbelievable. I feel that so far the guys have the edge. I can’t wait for Hollywood week. The big shock of the night, for me anyway, was that Michael Castro can really sing. He’s not as cute as Jason but he certainly has a great set of pipes. I can’t wait for next week!

I had fun throughout these starting episodes. I am already addicted to this series. I can see that there is going to be some awesome talent and great fun to watch the new panel. Cara is going to add great sparks to the judges. I like her A LOT!

I thought it was rather odd that Michael Sarver kept addressing Simon, Paula & Kara as “Sir & Ma’am”, but NEVER addressed Randy as “Sir”, why not? While I find him to be polite, I can’t help but wonder if he thinks a black man is not deserve to be addressed as such.

In addition, I found out that he came from a town called JASPER, TX, where, several years ago, a group of white idiots & obviously racist men, kidnapped a drunk black men & chained him to the back of one of their trucks, and dragged that poor man to his death, for no appearent reason at all, except that the man was black. Needless to say, those men were convicted,I think they got death penalty, or life w/o parole. They deserved what’s coming to them.

My point is this, I think a person should be judged by their character, not the color of his or her skin. I am not a black person, but I find it appalling to see such arrogance in the world. I sure hope Michael Sarver is not one of those men who think they are more superior than other races. If he is, no matter what talent he has, it will be a major turn off, starting with me.
